From the Chief Executive

Early next year, we will meet you at the airport.

A letter from Alex Muhoro on the visitor service MOTO RIDES will open in early 2027: any county in Kenya, arranged before you fly, and a company waiting when you land.

The visitor mark of MOTO RIDES: the vehicle, the name, and the journey it is there to carry. The service in this letter opens early in 2027. Write to us now if that is when you hope to come.

Kenya begins at the airport. After that, it becomes the counties you came to see.

I am writing to anyone, in any country, who is preparing to visit Kenya. From early 2027, MOTO RIDES will receive you the way a travel house does.

You tell us how you want to come. You name the county — any county. You set the dates. You send the flight number. We arrange the Kenyan side of the journey with you: the days, the places, and the vehicle that will carry them. When you land, we come to the airport. From there we take you through everything we have already agreed.

The company you will meet is already working. In Chuka, Embu and Meru, people book rides, meals and parcels in the MOTO RIDES app, and they pay with M-Pesa. That network stays where it is. The visitor service is a further opening. It is arranged in advance, it is personal, and it is built for a guest who is crossing into the country, not for a trip across town.

If you have been gathering Kenya from maps and other people’s photographs, write to us before you buy the uncertainty. A short message is enough. Say where you hope to go, when you hope to land, and who is travelling with you. We will answer, and we will build the days with you so that the first morning in Kenya already has a shape.

I want a guest to step into this country with a plan, and with someone from the company waiting at the kerb. That is what we are introducing. The first journeys are for early next year. The conversation can start today.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Early 2027

How a visit will be made.

Five things, in order. You begin them from wherever you are. We complete them in Kenya.

  1. 01

    Name the county

Tell us where in Kenya you want to go. One county, or several. The coast, the highlands, a family visit, a reserve — say it in your own words.

  2. 02

    Set the dates

Send the days you can travel, and how many of you are coming. We shape the journey around that window, before you leave home.

  3. 03

    Send the flight

When the ticket is booked, give us the flight number and the landing time. That is how we know which aircraft to meet.

  4. 04

    We meet the aircraft

On the day you land, MOTO RIDES comes to the airport. You are not left to find your own way out of the terminal.

  5. 05

    The places we agreed

From the airport, the road is the one already set: the counties, the days, and the stops we booked with you. We stay reachable while you are here.

Write to the company

WhatsApp. The phone. Instagram.

Use whichever you already trust. Tell us the county, the dates, and — when you have it — the flight number. We read these three places ourselves.

The ride app continues in Chuka, Embu and Meru. The visitor service in this letter is the opening planned for early 2027. Messages sent now are for journeys in that season.
